I’ve paid for the tickets but I haven’t received them by e-mail.


You can always download your ticket from your account at tickets.ska.ru

Possible reasons:

  1. Not enough time from the moment of payment has passed (there might be a delay up to 2 hours, but generally, you can find your ticket in your account almost immediately)
  2. Wrong e-mail address stipulated. Make sure you have stated the same e-mail address which you used when creating your tickets.ska.ru account.
  3. Letter might be marked as junk mail.
