You can purchase tickets for SKA home matches in the regular season on the official ticketing service located at tickets.ska.ru, at Hockey Club stores and at the Ice Palace ticketing center (on game days).

During the playoffs, tickets are ONLY sold on tickets.ska.ru.

You can always download your ticket from your account at tickets.ska.ru

Possible reasons:

1. Not enough time from the moment of payment has passed (there might be a delay up to 2 hours, but generally, you can find your ticket in your account almost immediately)
2. Wrong e-mail address stipulated. Make sure you have stated the same e-mail address which you used when creating your tickets.ska.ru account.
3. Letter might be marked as junk mail.

Tickets are sent with two file formats: PDF and TKPASS
PDF is to be used for printing
TKPASS is to be used for downloading to you smartphone and to pass with it to the arena.

Windows OS
Install Adobe Acrobat Reader or any other soft that supports PDF files.

iOS
Download TKPASS file. Wallet App will run automatically. All you need to do is to press “Add” button. On the gameday just open Wallet App on your smartphone and choose the ticket there, then put the QR-code to the scanner.

Android
There’s no custom application on this operating system. Use an application for e-tickets that you find most convenient, for example PassWallet. We used it to test the system.

You need to download the TKPASS file and the app will run automatically. On game day, open the Wallet App on your smartphone, click on the ticket and then show the QR-code to the scanner.

1. You need to check your card. We only accept Visa and Mastercard. Maestro, Vise Electron and others are not supported.
2. Check with your bank if there is 3D-secure on. This service makes it possible to receive an SMS with a confirmation code. You need to have this service turned on to pay for the tickets.
3. The IP-address of your computer may be included on a black-list. Try to pay from another computer or mobile device via mobile internet.

This option is not available.

It’s not necessary. You can open your ticket on your smartphone with Wallet (iOS) or PassWallet (Android) apps and show it to a scanner at the Ice Palace entrance.

Yes. Every ticket should be put to a scanner at the entrance to the Ice Palace.

A payment SMS is sent by the bank that issued your card.

Possible reasons:

1. It may take some time to deliver an SMS, usually 1-2 minutes. Please wait.
2. Check your connection, try to turn it off and on again or reload your device.
3. You don’t have the 3D-secure service. Check it with your bank.

If you bought a ticket at Hockey Club store it can’t be replaced

If you bought a ticket on tickets.ska.ru, just download it again from your account.

1. Make sure you bought your ticket on tickets.ska.ru.
2. If you’ve bought tickets from an unofficial distributer, we can’t guarantee the validity of these tickets.
3. If you bought tickets on tickets.ska.ru, fill in the application form provided here, write your name, surname, phone number, e-mail and ticket information. We’ll try to help you.

SKA plays its home games at the Ice Palace, located in St.Petersburg, Pyatiletok prospect, 1A. The closest metro station is Prospekt Bolshevikov.

Home games of SKA system teams take place at the Hockey City sport complex, which is located next to Ice Palace at Rossiyskiy prospect, 6 b.1. The closest metro station is Prospekt Bolshevikov.

The entrance for visitors is from the side of Rossiyskiy pr.

In accordance with the rules of the Ice Palace, it’s prohibited to bring drinks, ice cream, crisps and other food to the stadium.

It is also prohibited to:

• bring large bags and other big items, to wear clothes that may harm other visitors’ clothes and Ice Palace items.
• bring weapons, piercing and carving items, items that are easily broken, poisons, toxic materials and liquids, household gas bottles.

Children can visit games without accompanying adults from 14 years of age.

Disabled people have a special place to watch the game near the ice; they should use the VIP entrance at the Ice Palace. If there is someone else attending it’s necessary to buy a second ticket for him/her.

You can take a child of any age to games.

Children younger than 7 years of age can visit games for free without taking the individual place.
